Plus Refresher Policy
The council offers a Basic Plus Refresher course (BCR) using Computer-Based Training (CBT) as the delivery method. However, your employees who have never completed the standard Basic Plus (Instructor- Led BC) or whose Basic Plus//Basic Plus Refresher card has expired plus 12 months will be required to register for the standard Basic Plus course.
Because the standard Basic Plus course is periodically revised by the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils (ARSC) to reflect changes in regulatory standards and accepted practices, this schedule will allow your employees to remain current in their basic safety Knowledge.
* The Basic Plus/Basic Plus Refresher is considered expired
on the last day of the month.
